Hi everyone from sunny north Queensland.
After a nice week run up the coast (770nm) to Townsville from the Gold Coast and some good bottom fishing it is time to get ready!!!

Light tackle is about to fire with a nice body of warm water moving in which should hopefully bring the little black marlin into the huge schools of biatfish just waiting to be devoured!!

Heavy tackle starts in about 4-6 weeks from Cairns, and we move to Cooktown for changeovers and fishing Lizard Island for most of October.

I have had a couple of cancellations which have opened up some great times for this season.
If you have always wanted to come and fish Townsville in August or heavy tackle in Sept/Oct or Nov now is the time to go!!!
